Melbourne-born singer, songwriter and pianist, Jessi was raised among a family with a vast musical legacy. Since just age 5, she's had an extensive education in classical voice, piano and music theory. She describes an extensive list of influences such as Sarah McLachlan, Billy Joel, John Mayer, Alicia Keys, Gavin DeGraw and Norah Jones with her sweet yet bluesy timeless piano-based tunes.

Jessi’s spent much of the last few years in Los Angeles and New York, writing, recording and developing her unique style which subsequently made her a finalist in the 2004 BMI Songwriting competition, and again recently for MusicOz in 2006. After touring with Chris De Burgh and a return to USA for South By SouthWest in early 2006, Jessi released her long awaited EP “One Day Down”. She was also nominated for the APRA unsigned artist songwriter award in November 2006 for her not yet released track “Last Picture Show”.
